Most of the growth challenges I've seen weren't execution problems. They showed up in execution, but the real constraints were upstream, in how decisions were made, how priorities were set, and how the revenue engine was designed.

I've led teams through those moments: running marketing and sales organizations, owning the P&L, and being in the room where the hard decisions were made.

Now I bring that experience into advisory work. I'm still in the room, asking the hard questions and making sure the people who own the decisions have what they need to follow through.

What I bring to every engagement is direct feedback, high standards, and a bias toward action. The founders and CEOs I work with don't need another yes. They need someone willing to say the hard thing and help them act on it.

Before starting Brumme Partners, I served as Chief Marketing Officer at Aceable, where I led marketing and growth across the company's education and certification businesses during a period of rapid expansion. I sharpened strategic focus (we stopped several programs), rebuilt the marketing organization, transformed customer acquisition into a scalable growth engine, and led the integration of two acquisitions into Aceable's go-to-market motion.

Prior to Aceable, I was Vice President & General Manager at Builder Homesite Inc. (now Zonda), where I ran BDX's digital marketplace businesses including NewHomeSource — the largest demand-generation platform in the U.S. for new-construction homes. I owned strategy, product, marketing, and growth across the platform.

Earlier, I held senior marketing roles at SolarWinds, Kodak Gallery (now Shutterfly), and Intuit, building scalable acquisition engines and modernizing digital customer experiences across global markets. I began my career as a management consultant with Sapient (now Publicis Sapient) and KPMG Consulting, leading strategy and transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients.

I hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
