I'm a growth advisor and operating executive who helps companies unlock their next stage of growth. I work with leadership teams and investors at key inflection points to sharpen positioning, align go-to-market strategy, and design revenue engines that translate market opportunity into durable, capital-efficient growth.
For many years, I've worked directly alongside founders and CEOs — not as someone who is just a marketer, but as a partner who gets into the business, helps expose the real constraints, and works with the teams to make tough trade-off decisions.
Most recently, I served as Chief Marketing Officer at Aceable, where I led marketing and growth across the company's education and certification businesses during a period of rapid expansion. I rebuilt the marketing organization, sharpened strategic focus, and transformed customer acquisition into a scalable growth engine through stronger analytics, clearer positioning, and the development of a high-performing team. I also led the successful integration of two company acquisitions into Aceable's go-to-market motion.
Prior to Aceable, I was Vice President & General Manager of BDX at Builder Homesite Inc. (now Zonda), where I led the company's digital marketplace businesses including NewHomeSource, the largest demand-generation platform in the U.S. for new-construction homes. I was responsible for strategy, product, marketing, and growth across the platform, helping builders connect with homebuyers at scale — and strengthening our competitive position against category leaders such as Zillow and Realtor.com.
Earlier in my career, I held senior marketing roles at SolarWinds, Kodak Gallery, and Intuit, where I helped build scalable acquisition engines and modernize digital customer experiences across global markets. Before moving into operating roles, I spent more than a decade as a management consultant with Sapient (now Publicis Sapient) and KPMG Consulting, leading strategy and transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients.
I hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
